Boca Raton Zoom Whitening

The latest in effective tooth whitening is Zoom. There are two effective whitening techniques. For the first type, you do most of the work yourself, at home. This is less expensive, and most people choose this option.

The other choice is Zoom Whitening. This is done in our office, and then you have follow-up home trays that you use to help make the bleaching effects more permanent.

Here's how the Zoom treatments work, and what you can expect for your visit: (Photos are provided by Discus Dental, the company that makes Zoom products.)


First, retractors are placed to hold the lips away from the teeth.		Second, a protective coating is placed on the gums.


Then you sit under the Zoom bleaching light for a few minutes. You can relax, listen to music, or otherwise occupy yourself during this time.		At the end of the appointment, your teeth are dramatically whiter. We'll give you a tray with take-home whitener to help the Zoom whitening sink in a little deeper.

When you go home you will have a dramatically brighter and whiter smile.
